A pioneering aerospace company in Long Beach is seeking a Production Leader for its Avionics team to manage PCB assembly processes, ensure quality, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least three years in a production role within aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing. This role offers a competitive salary range of $126,000–$174,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including generous PTO and equity options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a production leadership role in aerospace, electronics, or a high-reliability manufacturing environment.
• Direct experience managing or supporting teams building and/or reworking PCBAs and building electro-mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and support avionics PCBA rework technician team.
• Drive daily production execution, quality assurance, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Production Control to ensure material readiness.
