Qualifications
- 8+ years in aircraft maintenance/avionics with supervisory responsibility over 4+ technicians
- Advanced knowledge of FAA paperwork and work orders, familiarity with Corridor systems
- Experience leading multiple projects and coordinating team efforts
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality avionics work on schedule
- Turnover work to the next shift and optimize aircraft turn times
- Train and mentor technicians; supervise daily workload and project flow
- Perform avionics installation, removal, and repair on aircraft and components
- Troubleshoot, evaluate, and inspect systems and verify aircraft performance
- Process work orders and related FAA paperwork; ensure timely billing
- Coordinate interdepartmental schedules and provide production support
- Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
