Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) seeks an experienced Signs & Markings professional to design, fabricate, install, and maintain a wide range of signs and pavement markings for both airfield and public areas. The role requires knowledge of FAA, TX-DOT, MUTCD, FHWA and Airport Board criteria, and involves leadership on select projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in sign fabrication and pavement markings or related field.
• Ability to pass color vision test and medical exam.
• Possession of a valid class B CDL or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Must obtain TSA/SIDA badge and pass DOT drug/alcohol requirements.

Responsibilities

• Designs, fabricates, and installs signs and markings per codes and customer needs.
• Operates graphics equipment; uses Windows, Illustrator, and GSP software.
• Fabricates sign faces using screen printing and lamination processes.
• Reads drawings and performs precise geometric computations within tight tolerances.
• Leads projects and coordinates support personnel as directed by the supervisor.
