StandardAero is seeking a Lead Inspector at our San Antonio, TX site to drive daily inspection activities, lead CI projects, and provide technical support to inspectors. The role involves ensuring compliance with customer, OEM, and regulatory standards, and developing training plans in collaboration with Training and Development.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of quality inspection experience in gas turbine engines and strong blueprint reading skills, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Formación
- Minimum 3 years of quality inspection experience in gas turbine engines
Responsabilidades
- Report on inspection status to Chief Inspector or management
- Lead inspection-related topics and CI projects
- Provide technical support to inspectors
- Review inspection policies and procedures for compliance
- Certify inspection personnel and issue stamps
- Train inspectors in inspection methods and best practices
- Lead development of inspection-related training plans
- Support troubleshooting investigations
