Job summary

AV Hiring USA seeks a Lead Technician – Level 1 in Indianapolis to spearhead audiovisual integration projects of varying size and complexity. You will coordinate installation personnel and subcontractors, ensure project quality, and maintain communication with project teams to drive on-time completion.

The role requires advanced commissioning, troubleshooting, networking, and installation expertise, with a focus on QA, standards, and performance validation.

Qualifications

• CTS-I certification and advanced networking knowledge.
• Experience commissioning AV systems and LED video walls.
• Ability to load control code and install firmware.
• Valid Crestron, AMX, Biamp, Extron credentials and a driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV integration projects from start to completion.
• Forecast labor, materials, and resources for projects.
• Independently commission AV systems with calibration and testing.
• Coordinate with staff, subcontractors, and management.
• Prepare daily status reports and ensure QA processes.
