Job summary

ITA Audio Visual Solutions is seeking a lead AV technician to support design and installation teams, perform maintenance and on-site troubleshooting, and train junior technicians. The role emphasizes customer relations, safety, and professional conduct on each site.

Occasional overnight travel may be required to support projects. A background in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent AV installation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

This role leads installation on job sites and trains junior technicians.
Must be able to QC, maintain and operate AV equipment and software.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Assist design and installation to install AV equipment.
Perform routine maintenance or service on AV equipment.
Configure AV equipment with manufacturer software.
Lead on job sites and ensure work meets company standards.
Provide training to junior technicians and maintain client relations.
Operate system control software and keep records up to date.
Maintain a professional appearance and on-site safety.
