A leading AV installation company in New Jersey is seeking a Lead AV Installer to perform and direct installation tasks for AV projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of installation experience, manufacturer certifications in AV systems, and the capability to lead teams while ensuring quality and safety measures are followed. This role includes client training and daily communication with project managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of installation experience.
• Strong working knowledge of signal flow and control systems.
• Proficiency with test and calibration equipment.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have no adverse driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation tasks in a timely and quality-conscious manner.
• Manage small to medium projects and travel to various job sites.
• Act as customer liaison in absence of Project Manager.
• Provide positive and effective interaction with customers.
