Job summary

Anduril Industries in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Mission Software Lead for the ALTIUS-600 platform. You will own the onboard software ecosystem, leading a high-performing team across mission autonomy, C2, and flight software, bridging hardware and software interfaces to deliver reliable, certifiable flight software.

You'll collaborate with GNC, Avionics, Systems, and Hardware teams, aligning objectives with organizational goals while developing talent and guiding roadmaps for Group 1-3 UAV

Qualifications

7+ years experience on high performing software teams.
3+ years direct management experience of 5+ people.
Demonstrated ability to drive a high-performing technical team.
Hands-on technical work on interdisciplinary projects (robotics, autonomy, avionics, aerospace).
Strong embedded systems fundamentals: real-time software, drivers, Linux/RTOS.
Experience building and executing technical roadmaps.
Proficiency in C++ and Linux.

Responsibilities

Lead initiatives and drive outcomes for the VMS roadmap.
Architect and deliver complex systems integrating hardware and software.
Problem solve and innovate to guide teams toward solutions.
