• Troubleshoots malfunctioning vehicles from road calls and identifies faulty parts.
• Assigns and schedules work for technicians and maintains maintenance records.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Provides technical guidance on difficult repairs and CAD-based diagnostics.
• Trains personnel in vehicle repair and diagnostic equipment use.
• Ensures safety practices and compliance with environmental regulations.
