GetHired, Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a full-time Lead Mechanic to oversee a team of service technicians and coordinate with the front office to deliver a seamless service experience for clients.

The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on vehicle repair experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of leading shop crews while performing diagnostics and maintenance on foreign and domestic vehicles.

Formación

• Many years of hands-on mechanical experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
• Ability to lead a team of service technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Manage team of service technicians
• Work with front office to create seamless service experience
• Perform various types of diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Write up inspection & service reports
• Conduct regular maintenance on foreign and domestic (classic & newer) vehicles
• AC repairs
• Brakes pads / shoes, rotor & drum resurfacing
• Timing belts, timing chains, water pumps
• Suspension
• Tire mounting & balancing
• Drivetrain repairs
