EchoPark Centennial is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead our Recon operation, organizing the team, assigning work, and mentoring technicians to drive performance. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, teamwork, and delivering quality repairs with a motivated crew.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in automotive tech and leadership experience; ReconPro and CDK are a plus. We offer salary above $70K, paid training, health benefits, 401K, and growth opportunities.

• 10+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• ReconPro and CDK experience preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of automotive technician experience
