Main Street Auto is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician to join our shop, bringing technical excellence and leadership to a modern, well-equipped facility. You will diagnose and repair complex issues across all systems, mentor a team of technicians, and ensure top-notch service while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Technician with lead responsibilities.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced automotive issues across all systems.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians.
• Work with the service advisor to provide accurate estimates and excellent customer service.
