Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician with diagnostics and repairs.
• Proven leadership to guide and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and engine systems.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment and software.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostic procedures and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and engine systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of automotive technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow.
• Oversee scheduling and assignment of repair jobs for optimal resource use and timely completion.
• Collaborate with service advisor to provide accurate repair estimates and identify parts and labor requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations; maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay updated with latest automotive technology through ongoing training and development.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment, tools, and software to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used in the shop management system.
• Assist in keeping the work area organized and compliant with hazardous materials handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and explaining repairs.
