Job summary

Main Street Auto in McDonough, GA is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician to guide diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. You will mentor a team, manage complex repair work, and ensure high quality service.

This role features a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 to 5:00 with a one-hour lunch break, no weekends, and a strong emphasis on safety, process improvements, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Automotive Technician with diagnostics.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team of technicians.
• Deep knowledge of automotive systems including electrical, mechanical and engine components.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostic procedures and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Lead and mentor a team of automotive technicians, providing guidance and training.
• Oversee scheduling and assignment of repair jobs to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Collaborate with the service advisor to provide accurate repair estimates and parts requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
