Qualifications

• Strong mechanical repair experience across major vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electrical, drivability, engine, and mechanical problems.
• Guide technicians through diagnostic processes instead of simply providing answers.
• Share knowledge of testing procedures, scan tools, and modern vehicle systems.
• Help develop technicians build confidence, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote quality workmanship, accountability, and consistent repair practices.
• Lead by example through professionalism, work ethic, and integrity.
