Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while guiding a team to deliver top‑tier customer care. The role includes mentoring peers, pursuing ASE certifications, and participating in a performance-based flat-rate pay model.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Skilled in brake, alignment, suspension and tire repairs.
• Able to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical customers.
• Plan to obtain ASE certifications in multiple areas within two years.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, suspension, exhaust, electrical and more.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical tasks.
• Pursue ASE certifications; company covers tests/fees.
