Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Florence, KY, part of the Midas/Mavis family, is hiring a Automotive Lead Technician for our state-of-the-art service and tire center. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive repairs including brakes, suspensions, tire services, and routine maintenance, while leading a team in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair.
• A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a bonus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced shop and deliver quality service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive repairs including brakes, suspension, and routine maintenance.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires and perform oil changes.
• Complete state inspections and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead and collaborate with a team to maintain high shop productivity.
