Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Columbus, OH, part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to join our state-of-the-art service and tire center. Lead with expertise in undercar repairs, brakes, suspensions, and routine maintenance while delivering top-quality service.

We offer a competitive pay package with weekly base pay plus bonus potential and opportunities to reach up to $150K annually based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair or equivalent education.
• Credentials: A valid driver's license; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: Dependability, teamwork, and quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
