MIDAS, the world's largest Midas franchisee now part of the Mavis Tire family, seeks a full-time Automotive Lead Technician for our Flint, MI service center. Join a state-of-the-art shop and help lead undercar repairs.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, support tire and alignment work, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, ASE certification support, weekly pay with bonus potential up to $150K, and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or relevant education.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certification a major bonus.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift over 50 pounds.
• Teamwork oriented with commitment to quality service.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, suspensions, and routine maintenance.
• Perform state inspections and oil changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.
