Auto Systems Centers, the world’s largest Midas franchisee, seeks an Automotive Lead Technician for our Flint, MI service center. You will lead undercar repairs, diagnose and fix brakes, suspensions, and perform oil changes and tire services.

We offer competitive weekly pay with bonus potential, a 5-day work week, ASE certification support, and a full benefits package including 401(k) with match. Growth from within is encouraged and uniform/tools are provided.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience or training in automotive repair.
• Valid driver’s license; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, lift and move items over 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair brakes, struts and shocks.
• Change oil and filters and perform routine maintenance.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
