Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Flint, MI is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to join a state-of-the-art service and tire center. You’ll perform multiple automotive repairs and inspections, with growth opportunities as you contribute to a high-performing team.

The role offers a base with substantial bonus potential, ASE support, and a strong benefits package within the Mavis Tire family network.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience or training in automotive repair.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification is a bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift items over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork and quality service in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and perform automotive services including brakes, struts, shocks and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
