Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while leading a team to improve customer care and satisfaction.

Pay range: $24.10–$43.51 per hour, with a flat-rate pay model reflecting regional productivity. The role requires ASE certification progress, including pursuing A1–A8 within two years, and ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within two years.
• Five years of automotive repair experience preferred.
• Vocational-Technical training is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, suspension and electrical.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanics.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within first two years.
