Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostic procedures and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Lead and mentor a team of automotive technicians, providing training and support.
• Oversee scheduling and assignment of repair jobs for optimal efficiency.
• Collaborate with service advisor to prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance in the shop.
• Stay updated with latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and services performed.
• Keep the work area organized and comply with hazardous materials handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service and explain repairs to customers.
