Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to mentor a team toward higher customer care. You will diagnose, explain repairs, and stay ahead with continuous training, including pursuing ASE certifications within two years.

Location is Nashville, Tennessee. The role offers a pay range reflected regionally and a performance-based flat-rate structure.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Brake/repair diagnostics experience required.
• Strong knowledge of brakes, alignment, and suspension.
• A.S.E. certifications preferred; ability to obtain within two years.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, electrical, and suspension systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through formal training.
• Assist and train junior technicians.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests-paid by company.
