Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Columbus, OH is seeking an Automotive Lead Technician to join our state-of-the-art service and tire center. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a range of mechanical tasks, including brakes, suspension, tires, and routine maintenance, while ensuring safety and quality.

ASE certification is a plus and a valid driver's license is required. We offer a competitive weekly pay structure with a strong bonus potential and opportunities for growth, including ASE credential

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience or education in automotive repair.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification is a bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and lift items over 50 lbs.
• Demonstrates dependability, teamwork and quality service in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and oil/filters changes.
• Dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.
