Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time Automotive Lead Technician to join our state-of-the-art service, repair and tire center. You will inspect, diagnose and perform automotive mechanical services, including brakes, suspensions, oil changes and tire work, with a focus on quality and speed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Strong teamwork and dependability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
