Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and mentor a team to deliver quality customer care.

You will diagnose, repair, and explain repairs, staying up to date with automotive tech through paid training and pursuing ASE certifications within two years. A valid driver's license and strong brakes/alignments skills are required, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• 5 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent.
• Able to communicate technical information to non-technical people.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, exhaust, fuel, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years.
