Audi Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead the service department, support technicians, and drive efficiency. This role emphasizes hands-on diagnostic capability, leadership, and accountability to meet dealership standards and timelines.

The position focuses on coaching technicians, ensuring safe, high-quality repairs, and coordinating with advisors to communicate progress and next steps. A strong background in automotive service operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced automotive diagnostic and repair experience required.
• Leadership experience as Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of dealership service operations and workflow.
• Manufacturer certifications and/or ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily workflow of the shop, ensuring efficient dispatching and proper alignment of work to technician skill level.
• Provide hands-on diagnostic and technical support on complex or difficult repairs.
• Monitor repair progress and remove obstacles to keep work moving and on schedule.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards, safety requirements, and dealership quality expectations.
• Partner with Service Advisors to support clear communication on repair status, timelines, and additional work.
• Support technician productivity, efficiency, and overall shop performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to improve skill level, diagnostic ability, and repair quality.
• Identify and address repeat repairs, comebacks, and quality concerns.
• Reinforce shop organization, safety standards, and a professional work environment.
• Act as a working leader—setting the tone for accountability, professionalism, and performance.
