Qualifications

• 3 years experience in commercial vehicle painting and refinishing.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Proficiency with related hardware/software systems as needed to fully execute the duties required.

Responsibilities

• Report to Body Shop Foreman or Body Shop Manager.
• Maintain proficiency of 70% or better, billing a minimum of 5.6 hours per day.
• Keep area safe and clean.
• Follow all safety measures for personal and environment safety.
• Wear PPE for each task.
• Examine damaged vehicles and estimates of repair cost; report hidden damage.
• Maintain body shop equipment in good condition.
• Apply primers and sealers, sand and prep surfaces for finish paint.
• Maintain quality to industry standards.
