Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Automation Test Engineer III to lead the design, development, and optimization of our automated testing infrastructure. This role is ideal for a senior‑level engineer who can drive quality initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate across departments to ensure scalable and reliable test automation practices.

• Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise‑level automated testing frameworks using Tricentis Tosca and other tools.
• Define and enforce best practices for test automation, code quality, and test data management.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid‑level QA engineers, and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Tricentis Tosca, including test case design, test data management, and API testing.
• Strong experience with additional tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Proven experience leading QA initiatives and mentoring teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Optional Certifications (Preferred But Not Required)

• Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1, 2, and Test Design Specialist
• ISTQB Certified Tester – Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer
• Certified Agile Test Leader (CATL)
• Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
• Certified Jenkins Engineer (CJE)

Salary Range

$65,900.70 - $152,611.80. In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good‑faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.

This role may be based out of any of our office locations, including: Parsippany, NJ; Conshohocken, PA; Wilkes‑Barre, PA; Alpharetta, GA.
