Job summary

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineering team members while supporting departmental and site objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize sustainable manufacturing processes and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve automated manufacturing equipment and electromechanical systems.
- Conduct engineering studies, technical evaluations, and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and establish priorities.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) activities to resolve equipment, process, and manufacturing issues.
