Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience required; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in automated manufacturing environments and defense/aerospace familiarity.
• Strong in APQP, PFMEA, control plans, and production readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Support automation-related capacity expansion and ramp-up across Propulsion Systems.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Quality to ensure capable, controlled processes.
• Analyze process capability and variation; apply SPC and quality tools to improve performance.
• Develop and implement process controls and error-proofing for automated manufacturing.
• Support verification/validation, FAI, and documentation for new or modified processes.
• Ensure AS9100 compliance and readiness for cross-site programs.
• Travel up to 25% and obtain/maintain U.S. security clearance.
