Job summary

Zohorecruit in Wilmington, DE seeks a Lead Institutional Automation Quality Control Analyst to design, develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks across UI, API and performance testing. You will define the automation strategy, evaluate tools, and integrate tests into CI/CD to support rapid software delivery.

Collaborating with Development and Product Owner teams, you will translate product requirements into comprehensive test plans, monitor KPIs, and drive data-driven testing practices

Qualifications

• Experience defining and implementing test automation strategy.
• Ability to collaborate with Development, Product Owner and QA teams.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of UI, API and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API and performance).
• Define and implement the overall test automation strategy, including tooling, scripting, and architecture decisions.
• Evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with Development teams to understand system architecture and with Product Owner in sprint planning.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless test execution.
• Review code and test scripts to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Drive test data strategy and environment management.
• Contribute to performance, security and load testing strategy.
• Monitor and report test automation metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards.
