Novaspect, Inc. in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Project Engineer to join our growing team. You will support automation and DCS customers by delivering, maintaining, and optimizing state-of-the-art controls solutions across projects.

The role emphasizes leading design reviews, implementing DeltaV configurations, FAT/SAT, and developing project tools. You will mentor engineers, train customers, and help drive performance, safety, and reliability improvements on-site at customer facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree required in engineering or technology field.
• 2–6 years in control system engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of process controls standards (Emerson, Novaspect).
• Experience with DeltaV and FAT/SAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews with customer teams.
• Implement DeltaV configurations and integrate with project deliverables.
• Coordinate FAT/SAT engagements and site testing.
• Mentor other engineers and develop training content.
• Support project management through timely deliverables.
