Job summary

ACE Partners in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a results-driven manufacturing engineering lead to drive RFQs, create costed proposals, and develop scalable production strategies for complex medical devices.

You will partner with global engineering, operations, and commercial teams, collaborate with automation, assembly, and injection molding specialists, and guide new product introductions from concept to production while ensuring ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA quality system compliance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Tooling, or a related field.
• Experience in medical device, pharma, packaging, or regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of automation, injection molding, and equipment development.
• Experience with project costing and technical quotations.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA quality systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical RFQs and manufacturing proposals.
• Develop manufacturing strategies, timelines, and project costs.
• Partner with global engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with automation, assembly, and injection molding specialists.
• Work with customers and suppliers to develop manufacturing solutions.
