The selected candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, work with suppliers, and drive manufacturing modernization initiatives while ensuring manufacturability and scalability of designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of Automation/Manufacturing Engineering experience; graduate degree preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of Automation/Manufacturing Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing technology to optimize throughput and cycle time.
• Troubleshoot and maintain custom automation and robotics systems.
• Analyze production processes to identify improvements and reduce costs.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity through process optimization.
• Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead project management for automation solutions including supplier coordination.
