L3Harris Technologies in Camden, AR is seeking an experienced Lead, Quality Engineering – Automation to drive automation quality across the Propulsion Systems sector. You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations and Quality to ensure automated processes are capable, controlled, and ready for production.

The role emphasizes improving process performance, reducing variation, and supporting cross-site initiatives in a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in engineering with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years in automated manufacturing environments.
• Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support automation-related capacity expansion and production ramp-up across the Propulsion Systems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Quality to ensure capable processes.
• Analyze process capability, stability, and failure modes using data-driven methods.
• Develop and implement process controls and error-proofing for automated processes.
• Apply SPC and quality tools to maintain performance and reduce variation.
• Support APQP, PFMEA, control plans, and FAI for new/modified processes.
• Identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions across sites.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer quality requirements.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
