The Lead Automation Engineer at Aprecia Pharmaceuticals, LLC will drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations across ERP, SCADA, MES, LIMS, QMS and CMMS to enable secure data flow and automated processes in our 3D printing pharmaceutical manufacturing platforms.

Working with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure cGMP compliance, manage vendor relationships, and apply middleware and API strategies to deliver reliable, scalable IT/OT integration within our manufacturing

Qualificações

• B.S. degree in CS, IS, E/Controls Eng, or related field.
• 5–10 years of enterprise integration experience in life sciences manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Ignition.
• Cloud vs on‑premise architecture understanding.
• Experience with MQTT, SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON integration tech.
• Familiarity with UNS data management and contextualization concepts.
• Familiarity with security protocols incl. authentication, authorization, and data encryption.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in selection and implementation of applications across enterprise software architecture.
• Collaborate with engineers, IT, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including contracts and timelines.
• Apply cGMP and regulatory guidelines to ensure secure, compliant systems.
• Drive development and implementation of integration solutions using middleware and API management.
• Develop and maintain integration workflows, data mappings, and transformation rules.
• Support digital dashboards for key stakeholders showing manufacturing data.
• Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Document integration design, configurations, and maintenance procedures.
• Stay up to date with new integration technologies and industry trends.
