Job summary

Chewy is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead for our Fulfillment Center in Jessup, PA. You will lead a team of technicians and proactively maintain automated material handling equipment to maximize uptime.

You will apply preventive maintenance and RCM processes, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with Control Systems Engineers to optimize performance under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of facility maintenance experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for a team of up to 10.
• Experience with conveyors, controllers, and high‑voltage systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 10 hourly facilities associates and provide guidance.
• Maintain and repair automated material handling equipment to ensure uptime.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and root cause analysis to improve reliability.
