Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Lead Electro-Mechanical Controls Technician to guide system reliability and complex troubleshooting while mentoring a growing maintenance team. You will oversee conveyors, sortation, ASRS, and packaging equipment, interrogate PLCs and servo networks, and own asset performance within the CMMS.

The role demands hands-on electrical and mechanical expertise, leadership, and the ability to plan and execute maintenance strategies across subsystems to maximize uptime.

Qualifications

• Advanced electrical controls and PLC troubleshooting expertise.
• Hands-on with industrial networking and servo systems.
• Mechanical and power transmission knowledge required.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults on conveyors, ASRS, and packaging equipment.
• Interrogate PLC logic, VFD parameters, and networks to restore uptime.
• Lead RCAs and implement changes to eliminate failure modes.
• Build and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Document work orders, parts usage, and asset performance in the CMMS.
• Mentor Maintenance Technicians I & II and support capital projects.
