Job summary

W&O Supply in Mobile, Alabama seeks an IVA Technician III to perform advanced pneumatic and electric actuator valve assembly, including stops, limit switches, positioner setup, and testing. This role requires extensive automated valve assembly experience and a strong mechanical aptitude.

You will troubleshoot complex assemblies, ensure quality and safety compliance, and may lead processes to improve efficiency. A background in codes and standards with minimal supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive automated valve assembly experience.
• High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 years’ industry experience.
• Mastery of valve assembly according to company standards.
• Advanced understanding of safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Expert-level pneumatic and electric actuator valve assembly (including tubing).
• Setting stops and limit switches.
• Positioner setup and solenoid tubing for electric actuator valve assembly.
• Setting torque, limit switches, and testing.
• Handle the most complex assembly tasks, advanced troubleshooting, and lead projects to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
