Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience supporting computer applications and end-user assistance.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Education: 30 semester units in IT OR MCSE/MCSA/CCNA/CompTIA A+ certification; or a substitution rule applies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate IT staff in operations, service desk, and systems support.
• Manage enterprise endpoint systems including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist IT service desk manager with SLAs, asset inventory, and ticket tracking.
