Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. seeks a Lead Technician in Nashville, TN to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team and driving quality customer care. Flat-rate pay supports performance-based earnings.

You will stay current with evolving auto tech and obtain ASE certifications (five of A1-A8) within two years. A valid driver’s license and strong communication with non-technical customers are required.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue and maintain ASE certifications (5 of A1–A8) within two years.
