Job summary

All Tune Total Car Care in Laredo, Texas is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician / Mechanic. You will diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical concerns, while contributing to a high-performing shop known for quality workmanship.

The position offers $25-$35 per flag hour with a 40-hour guarantee, health insurance, PTO, signing bonus, and opportunities for ASE reimbursement and growth within a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Ability to independently diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical concerns.
• Own tools and valid driver's license; ASE and EPA 609 certifications preferred.
