Job Site Repair seeks a Lead Auto & Diesel Mechanic in Rosemount, MN. You will lead daily shop operations, prioritize work orders, assign repairs, and perform hands-on diesel and automotive repairs with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools, supervise peers, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining a productive, safe shop environment. Weekdays, with flexibility for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on automotive and/or diesel repair experience.
• Strong experience diagnosing and repairing medium-duty trucks, gas vehicles, diesel vehicles, fleet vehicles and/or commercial equipment.
• Shop Foreman/Lead Mechanic or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, guide and support other mechanics while hands-on in the shop.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day workflow of the shop.
• Prioritize and process vehicle repair work orders and assign repairs.
• Perform hands-on automotive and diesel repairs and preventative maintenance.

Job Site Repair is hiring an experienced Lead Auto & Diesel Mechanic for our Rosemount, MN location.This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced mechanic with a minimum of 7 years of automotive and/or diesel repair experience.
