International Auto Service & Sales in West Hartford, CT seeks a Lead Automotive Diagnostic Technician to own on‑floor diagnostics, overseeing complex electrical and mechanical issues across varied makes and models.

Qualifications

Extensive background as Lead/Master Technician or Diagnostic Specialist in an automotive repair facility.
Advanced proficiency in modern vehicle electrical systems, computer diagnostics, and engine performance troubleshooting.
Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket diagnostic software and tools.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead diagnostic evaluations using OEM and aftermarket tools.
Diagnose drivability, electrical, module, and mechanical issues on many makes/models.
Recommend repair solutions and communicate findings clearly to customers with service advisors.
Mentor technicians on complex diagnostics and uphold quality control.
Maintain accurate service records while upholding safety standards.
