Crash Champions in Texas is seeking a skilled Body Technician to join our team. This full-time role involves examining damaged vehicles, planning repairs, and coordinating with colleagues to keep repairs on time.

Qualificações

• Experience with frame machines and auto body repair processes.
• I-CAR welding certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to analyze measuring data and apply repair tolerances.
• Experience supervising apprentices or junior technicians is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Examines damaged vehicles and plans repair process.
• Works with teammates to communicate repair status.
• Performs quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, electrical components, and trim to access areas.
• Attends safety meetings as required.
• Prepares surfaces with grinding and sanding tools.
• Directs an apprentice and explains procedures when needed.
