The position offers a base salary range of $94,980 to $142,480 USD, with TD's Total Rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant audit experience.
• Banking industry audit experience with focus on Financial Crime, BSA/AML, Governance, Risk & Oversight Functions.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, CRMA, CAMS, CFE) or progress towards preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management and audit tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise complex audits and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and execute Audit Planning Memorandum (APM) and Findings Grid.
• Oversee audit communications with stakeholders and external auditors.
• Coordinate cross-functional audit initiatives across areas.
• Provide guidance on risk and controls to management and teams.
