POOLCORP is seeking a Lead Auditor to conduct financial, operational, compliance, and technology risk audits across U.S. and international centers. You will drive innovation with AI and data analytics, guiding audits from planning through reporting.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, CPA/CIA/CISA or equivalent, and strong GAAP/IIA knowledge. Hybrid work model with travel 20–25% supports a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
• CPA/CIA/CISA or equivalent certification preferred.
• IIA standards knowledge and GAAP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leads operational, financial, SOX, and IT risk audits from planning to reporting.
• Develops audit work programs, documents workpapers, and proposes improvements.
• Mentors audit staff and coordinates with external auditors to increase efficiency.
