• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Caseware/Caseview a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams in conducting audits, reviews, and compilations with fieldwork and documentation review.
• Identify key audit risk areas, design approaches, and present conclusions to Partners.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
• Cultivate relationships with clients through proactive communication with client personnel.
• Coordinate with Partners on work status and client issues.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop budgets and pricing strategies for audit engagements.
• Participate in business development, including proposals and networking, to grow the firm.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and auditing trends.
• Engage in professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
